Our laundry collections & deliveries are Monday-Friday 1-4pm / 6-8pm.

Your laundry delivery is scheduled much in the same way as your collection – according to your needs! This is usually arranged during your initial phone call with us but we are flexible if you need us to be.

Your Service Wash is returned to you folded and sorted according to type, size, age (if possible) and gender. Your Ironing and Dry Cleaning are returned hung or folded and bagged depending on your requirements.

Yes, there is a minimum laundry service charge of £25 to qualify for our free laundry Collection and Delivery Service within the Brighton & Hove area. A small delivery charge may apply for laundry collections and deliveries outside of Brighton & Hove – just ask us before you book a collection.

 Our laundry collection and delivery service mainly covers the Brighton, Hove and immediate surrounding areas from Lancing through to Peacehaven. We also aim to serve the whole Sussex area (subject to a minimum charge).

Yes! We need to know if you require separation of certain dark, light or delicate garments. You can separate your load yourself or ask us to do it for you. Otherwise we will assume you are happy to have your load washed without separation.

No! Your clothes are delivered back hung or folded depending on your requirements.

Yes! We accommodate a great number of special requests ranging from special detergent options to the temperature of your wash and dry. In addition, we are happy to use a detergent that you may request for specialty items such as baby clothes.

We will wash anything that you would normally wash. We advise that you segregate any items that specify “dry clean only”. If you have items that require dry cleaning simply tell us and we’ll take care of that for you separately. If you’re not sure if an item should be dry or wet cleaned simply ask and we’ll let you know how it should be handled.

Absolutely! We will wash most large items, including: duvets, quilts, bedspreads, comforters, drapes, bath mats, jackets, table cloths, pillows, mattress protectors and small rugs.

Yes! Guaranteed! Each and every laundry order is processed separately from all others. We have perfected a system that guarantees 100% segregation of each order. When your order arrives at our launderette, one employee is assigned to it from start to finish. That person is dedicated to your order from the time it arrives until packaging and does not start another until its finished.

Yes! With our experienced staff and latest stain removal methods we do our best to get tough stains out of your clothing. Although we can’t guarantee success in every instance – we will endeavour to remove each and every stain.

Yes! Our processes and procedures are designed to ensure that your items are perfectly cleaned with the environment in mind! We only use phosphate-free washing detergents and our facility is equipped with state of the art, modern, super high-efficiency washers and dryers that are much more efficient than even the highest-end home washers and dryers. In addition, our facility filters every drop of ‘grey’ water of lint before it returns to the city’s water system. You can feel confident that we take our environmental responsibility seriously and always endeavour to provide an eco-friendly laundry service.

Yes, we are still operating our laundry and dry cleaning service during the covid-19 restrictions and lockdowns as it is considered an essential service.  We offer a free collection and delivery service for orders over £25, or for a small delivery charge for smaller orders.

All of our washes have a 70 degree option, which is hot enough to kill any bacteria. We are sanitising our machines and equipment daily, and we are spraying down our delivery van before and after each round.

It’s easy to set up a regular laundry collection and delivery slot with us.  Just let us know when you speak to us which days and times you would like and we can set it up on a regular basis.  If you want to change it, just let us know.  It’s really as simple as that.

If you have an item you need us to wash, iron or dry clean and it is not on our prices or services page, just let us know.   We really can clean most items and the list on our website is not exhaustive, so please just ask.  It may well prompt us to list it on the website for customers to see in future. 

We often have customers with allergies or specific washing detergents they would prefer us to use.  We try to accommodate any special requirements for eg. non bio detergents for sensitive skin or baby clothes.

If this is your first laundry order with us, you can put your laundry or dry cleaning into any bag you prefer. We will return your order in our blue laundry bags which will be yours to keep for future collections. Alternatively you can ask us to supply our blue bags when collecting from you and you can put your laundry straight into them when we collect.

Yes, we wash pillows! We can clean both feather pillows and polyester pillows.  Our launderette provides a full duvet washing service that includes pillows, sleeping bags and duvets of all sizes. In fact, it is recommended to wash your duvets and pillows every three to six months.

Yes! We can offer a professional rug cleaning service for small to medium size rugs and bath mats to breathe a new lease of life into them.  Rug cleaning requires quite specialist equipment so would will collect your rug and send it off to our rug cleaning partner and return it to you when its ready a few days later. If you’re unsure of how to clean a rug, don’t hesitate to contact us and we can help.
